Qigong is a slow flow moving exercise that can benefit people at all levels of physical capabilities.

TRE® Tension & Trauma Release Exercises are an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma

This introductory workshop will allow you to experience the movements in a safe group environment and give you a foundation for understanding this natural neuro-physiological response.
