Hormone Balance, Wed Jan 27, 7-8:30pm EST 

Tips, tricks and foods to help balance hormones. Will be demontrating techniques including a simple Qigong stretching flow, self-massage using acupressure points and breath work. Incorporating the teachings of this workshop into your daily self-care may help you regain energy and balance for lifelong health as a female whether you are 7 or 70!


TRE® Intro, Friday Feb 12, 12:30-2pm EST

This introductory workshop will allow you to experience the tremoring response in a safe environment and give you a foundation for understanding this natural neuro-physiological response. Learn about the history and origin of TRE and how it helps to release stress, tension and trauma patterns. Most people describe the tremoring experience as pleasant and report many improvements in their physical and emotional state.


Intermittent Fasting, Monday Feb 15, 5:30-7pm EST

You have heard everyone talking about it. Will share tips and tricks and benefits of the method as well as my easy steps to get started and answer any questions you may have on the subject.
