Want to learn something new, or provide yourself some self-care this fall? Workshops are a great way to start that process. Each workshop is $25 per person and lasts 90 mins - Offered in person (max 5 people ) and via Zoom -  Please indicate which workshops you are registering for and Zoom or in person in the options. Note: Some topics are offered more than once, be aware to select the option with the date you wish to attend. All times are EST.

 

*TRE® Intro - Thursday, October 1, 3-4:30pm Zoom only

This introductory workshop will allow you to experience the tremoring response in a safe environment and give you a foundation for understanding this natural neuro-physiological response. Learn about the history and origin of TRE and how it helps to release stress, tension and trauma patterns. Most people describe the tremoring experience as pleasant and report many improvements in their physical and emotional state.

 

*Hormone Balance, Wed October 7, 7-8:30pm Zoom only

Tips, tricks and foods to help balance hormones. Will be demontrating techniques including a simple Qigong stretching flow, self-massage using acupressure points and breath work. Incorporating the teachings of this workshop into your daily self-care may help you regain energy and balance for lifelong health as a female whether you are 7 or 70!

 

Eating with the Seasons - Friday, October 2, 12-1:30pm

How to support your digestion and metabolism specifically during the Fall months. This workshop will combine TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and Ayurveda wisdom to feature simple recipes to keep you well nourished, warm and satisfied during the Fall.

 

*Immune Boosting - Thursday, October 15, 3-4:30pm Zoom only

Be prepared and learn how to protect yourself and your loved ones. Alleviate your symptoms and prevent infection. Receive the information needed to boost your immune system naturally with food. Learn about health tonics, homeopathy, fermented foods and bone broth. Acupressure and movement to support the immune system.

 

Joint Health - Thursday, October 29, 3-4:30pm

Tips, tricks and foods to keep healthy joints. Will perform the Muscle/Tendon Change classic exercise sequence together.
