Joint Health workshop

Strengthen your tendons, improve your posture and transform your body from the inside out!
Spring is a perfect time to add these easy Qigong exercises specifically for the joints into your weekly training schedule. The method uses tense and release postures combined with a hissing breath. This generates an enormous amount of healthy circulation through the tendons and joints. We will also explore various food and practices to keep your joints juicy!
Hormone Balance workshop

Tips, tricks and foods to help balance hormones. Will be demonstrating techniques including a simple Qigong stretching flow, self-massage using acupressure points and breath work. Incorporating the teachings of this workshop into your daily self-care may help you regain energy and balance for lifelong health as a female whether you are 7 or 70!
