Deep Stretch class (gentle movement down on the mat, holding poses for 1-3mins) followed by 15mins of TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises)
Pillows, blanket and mat recommended.
Slow Flow/TRE® Thurdays 8:45am-9:45am EST
Slow flow is a low-impact workout, which can help you to get in shape gradually. The workouts are designed in such a way that it gradually warms up the muscles and joints The practice is followed by 15mins of TRE®
Pillows and blocks are recommended.
Purchasing a class also gives you access to a class recording each week that you can view for 7days
$10 per class drop in fee (Purchase 1 class pass)
