GAPS Cooking classes
You have asked, we have listened! Whether you are starting on GAPS or have been experimenting with the diet for a while, this cooking series will give you the tools you need to feel comfortable in the kitchen using the GAPS protocol.
The classes will cover: Introduction to each stage & Full GAPS, recommended foods vs. foods to avoid, kitchen equipment, short-brew bone broth, proper fats, GAPS veggies, lacto-fermenting, long culturing of dairy, grain-free baking, juicing, recipes, shopping tips, and guidance on meal planning.
The classes and preparation methods are taken and adapted from the book Gut and Psychology Syndrome by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride
